Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal - 14 Calendar Days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of CardioX within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason. This right applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU for European customers and equivalent provisions under applicable US consumer protection law.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Return

To initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day window by email at support@detoxificationmo.shop or by telephone at +1-800-555-0199. Please provide your name, order reference and a brief description of your request. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

3. Conditions for Return

The product must be returned in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a full refund except in cases of manufacturing defect or delivery error.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are issued via bank transfer or store credit at your preference. We will contact you to arrange the refund method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: products returned after the 14-day window; products that show signs of use or damage not attributable to us; return shipping costs (unless the product was delivered in error or is defective).

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@detoxificationmo.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
